Reset adaptive policy state

POST /api/v1/domains/{domain_id}/adapt/reset, POST /api/v1/domains/{domain_id}/clear, and POST /api/v1/memory/clear own different state. Do not substitute one for another.

`session_id`	Yes	The hosted service resolves the effective identity from the bearer token
`retain_patterns`	No	Preserve learned pattern state when supported by the selected policy
`retain_intervals`	No	Preserve learned interval state when supported by the selected policy

Reset establishes the starting adaptive-policy state for the next ordered sequence. Ordinary Domain records and other session state remain available.
